Collecting cash from clients can be the most difficult part of your daily routine. KPR offer a PDA based cash collection system that can log client details, amounts owed, detail amounts collected and even print receipts for the client.

The system fully interacts with the MOW base software application once import and export procedures have been agreed. MEAL MANAGER provides a means of properly controlling the collection of money from clients without the possibility of mistakes or possible accusations.

• The MEAL on WHEELS system will provide full audit trail analysis at the end of the round ensuring that full traceability and accountability is maintained
• The system can be used to manage payments for weekly, daily and monthly payers
• Downloads back into the KL2 PC software (or any other MOW Software application)
• Meal refusal, Client complaints or late or non deliveries are registered
• These items can all be reported on via the KPR interface software before being sent back into the parent MEALS ON WHEELS software
• The Meal Manager system comes with a rugged impact and water resistant case
• The availability of an ultra small belt mounted wireless printer allows the delivery staff to print legible unaltered receipts and leave calling cards
• Any number of rounds can be downloaded onto a handheld unit allowing flexibility to cover different rounds
